We routinely send out information to our members. The goal is to help reinforce what you do. We want to share this information with you so you know what messages your patients are getting. We also want to help save you time during appointments should a member mention one of these campaigns. When our members meet certain criteria, they may receive a text message, email, or something in the mail.

Breast Cancer Mailer
During the month of October 2018, some members received information about breast cancer to address their physical health needs. Prevention is key, so we reminded those who might not have had a recent mammogram to get one.
Cervical Cancer Mailer
Other members received this cervical cancer mailer. Cervical cancer is one of the most curable cancers. When found and treated early, it has a survival rate of almost 100%. Getting routine Pap tests can help find any irregularities before they become a problem.
WIC Mailer
Education about the WIC program continues to be at the forefront of information we send to members. WIC is a program that provides free food to help you raise healthy children. These foods offer the nutrition that children, pregnant women, and new moms need to stay healthy.
